God's Path For Us

I JUST FINISHED GIVING A SERMON ON GOD'S PATH FOR US AND I HOPE IT INSPIRED THE CONGREGATION LIKE IT INSPIRED ME. GOD MADE US OVER ALL OF THE ANIMALS OF THE FOREST AND THE FISH OF THE SEA. HE GAVE THEM TO US TO USE AND ENJOY. BEING AN OUTDOORSMAN JUST LETS ME KNOW EVEN MORE HOW MUCH GOD LOVES US. YOU CAN SEE IT EVERY TIME THAT YOU STEP OUTSIDE. EMBRACE GOD'S NATURE AND SHOOT STRAIGHT.

Don't know exactly what you preached on but I feel closest to God on a mountain or early fall dawn.

My preacher is a serious hunter, and thoughtful orthodox fellow.

Yes he gaves us animals to use. But in Thanksgiving and praise. We should never kill just to kill and we should always thank the Lord for giving us a bounty to feed our familys (this includes the money to buy food at the grocery store).

One of my favorite times to pray is on the deer stand. I can relax, tune out the distractions, look at the evidence of the Creator, and talk to Him. I love it.
