Since so many of the folks _here_ have contributed both resources and encourangement, I really do consider this program "OURS"...
The summer camp is drew to a close, and was a rousing success again this year. see short thread here: http://tradtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28179
Final estimates are that 2,400 campers got to participate in at the archery range!
I was not able to be there due to my deployment to AFG, but my wife and both daughters spent 10 weeks living in a 1 Room Cabin, on the arcehry range, without too many cat fights.
This spring, my wife and I spent a bunch of my "deployment money" and purchased 6 Mini-Genesis bows to accommodate the "Pre-E" and "Elementary" Summer Camps this year and another 10 dozen Easton (1820 aluminum) Genesis arrows, from our personal funds. bringing us up to a 25 dozen useable arrows, total. (We've destroyed about 10 dozen arrows in the past 4 years.)
We have 4 Morell "youth" targets that are in their third and fourth years and are pretty shot out. I've already re-stuffed them all once, and sewn new synthetic canvass faces behind the original faces on them.
Ideally we'd like to replace all four of them, but may have to do two this year and two next year...
Last year we purchased three new Rinehart NASP® targets and they are pretty fantastic, especially that we can leave them out on the range 7/24 durring the summer with no fear of UV or rain damage, but also carry a $195.00 price tag!

Also we have (4) 3-D targets the kids are having loads of fun shooting at:

We also really need to get a second 10'x30' arrow curtain (@$282.00) to protect the errant arrows from the cinderblock wall of the gymnasium. We have one net already but it only covers half of the gym, leaving the other half exposed. We do arrange the targets in such a way as to minimize the "sudden deceleration syndrome" into the wall but they still happen more than I would like.

So what kind of ideas do you folks have to raise some funds...
