Guys I just saw a new listing for a Hoyt TD2 HUNTER This is the same bow that the Other DWS and I both have. Man I am a bow Junkie and should buy this BUT I just sent a order for one of DAS Kinetic Wonder Hunters and I better let you guys fight over it. Has ugly camo paint but two sets of limbs 46 and 50# Ebay listing #7146989049 This is the best feeling riser I have ever had! 58" AMO length 16" riser. :) John

Does this have the short riser?

That's a 20" Hoyt riser, with the white Hoyts limbs it is a 67" bow don't know about the other limbs. That was and is a fine shooting bow, typical Hoyt design and quality....warf

if its the one I put a bid on it looks to be the real short risered PM rather than the 20" td-2 type. The limbs appear to be mismatched, not original to the riser, camoed, and a bit beat up. The description is a bit vague and the pics of the riser and the limbs on it are not real clear but I'm willing to gamble on it :highfive: the one I have now is as nice and unabused as a 30+ year old used bow can be. a beat up one suits me fine for some experimenting I'd like to try.

Im putting my money on the 16" riser. Their cut out broadhead overdraw is way cool. No holes for plunger or sight a true "TRAD" metal riser. Picture is not real clear. But she is a solid "9". DWS owns it we will all see! John

Bob, reason I believe that ibdj is correct on the riser is that I think I can see the edge of the broadhead cutout in the picture------but I could be wrong---that'd be nothing new :sbrug:
I suspect the the limbs are other PM limbs. the set with the markings showing clearly are for longer risers. On the one I have already the original limbs are marked for all three riser lengths H-23,20,16.
Next will be to warf it with a set of modern hi-performance limbs. That'll be tricky finding the balance. My short 60 or 65 Talons on that riser would wind up about like a 75 or 80 kodiak magnum---unmanagable.

Dang it I was lurking on that one. Been looking for a 16 or 20" riser on the cheap for a while. Oh well, back to the search. DWS you've been busy on ebay. Everywhere I look "dwstiles".

The Other DWS,
The Kodiak Mags are no problem for us mere mortals. With 28" draw length. Its the 46-48" bows that are a little tricky. :) John
