View Full Version : Locust Bean Question
My memory is bad so I hope I haven't already asked this. Has anyone out there fertilized bean trees? How about persimmons? We had more persimmons at our camp this year than in the history of our camp and the deer hardly touched them. I talked to another fellow that hunts next to us and he said he's never seen a deer at a persimmon tree down there. I thought deer always ate persimmons but I guess not. I was figuring if I fertilized them they might start hitting them. Thanks for any thoughts, suggestions and opinions. Tom

I'll say your memorys bad. Your title was Locust beans and you talked about persimmons. That's OK Boho, you can forget everything you know, just don't forget our bet in 08. HEE-HAW!
well I wanted to mention both. :) I'm gonna give it a go. And I wont forget about the bet. I'm already thinking about what arrow I want you to do for me and what broadhead. :)
Oh Donk, how did you get those big chunks missing out of the feathers? :)

Ain't they cool looking? A whole quiver full really attracts the ladies too. Trade secret on how they're cut, sorry.
It must work too. I've had 3 girls ask me in the last 2 days if I had plans for New Years night. And I just showed them a picture. Guess if I would have had them with me, they might have made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
