What size target

What size NFAA target do you shoot for 20 yards? What yardages are all the target sizes for? Since we don't have a range, or league, or anything like that, I'm going to have to go it alone and know nothing about it. Any advice appreciated.

For 20yd indoor use the blue and white NFAA targets I think they are 40cm. On the NFAA site there is a pdf of target sizes and distances for the outdoor rounds under (styles and equipment).
