View Full Version : Posting pictures in the photo gallery

Members may now post pictures in the gallery. We are using a directory type structure, so go to the gallery that you think is most appropriate. To upload your pictures, just login to the admin using the link in the top right corner. Your password to upload images is "tradtalk".

Viper, Pinelander, Esquire and myself can help out if you have any problems, issues or would like a new album. I set up a directory for Member Albums so that if you would like to have your own personal album, you can have an administrator set it up for you.

Please do not upload any movies at this time. If you have some you would like to share, let me know and I'll create a new section for video clips.

Current albums open for uploads are:

TradTalk - The TradTalk Family - all our mugs can go in there to delight vieweres from all over the world.

TradTalk Kids / gallery1 - our kids deserve their own place of honor!

Trophy Room - 2004 and pre-2004 - post you trophy pictures

Bows of TradTalk - gallery1 - Wafbows, Selfbows, Widow bows, YOUR BOWS! :)

Hey Robert- Heads up on the password. " tradtalk" does not gain entry into admin.

The gallery is going to be a great addition to this site, Papa. I posted a few pics of my young shooters just to get the ball rolling.

When you go to the photo album, first select the album you want to add a photo to, then click on the album again. For example, click on "tradtalk" on the left side of your screen, then click on "tradtalk family". This will display the images in that album.

At this point, and not before, go to the admin login and type the password. Now you should see an upload menu.

If you type in the password before you get all the way into the album you wish to add to, it will simply deny access. The reason is that you haven't reached a place where a photo can be uploaded yet.

I just uploaded some pics into the bow gallery, but never got an opportunity to add text. Any clues on how to do that?

Log into the album like you were going to upload and you should see the option to add captions now. Let me know if you have any problems, OK?
