I have an old Bear polar II that is junk. Its a mid 70's bear compound. I bought it for spare parts for my first bow. As a just in case. ( I don't realy shoot it anymore.)
Anyway the riser is fine on the parts bow got me to wondering. The limbs arent pocketed the sit on top. I may try to take a pic or two to show what I mean.
Thanks in advance

Jason,
I looked at the riser on pictures on ebay. How long is the riser? I thought of trying to convert an old Bear Alaskan compound riser. I don't have one on hand anymore, due to it being stolen about 10 years ago. Anyone have one to take measurements?
