I Hate My Strings!

JUST SO I COULD GET OUT AND SHOOT, I BOUGHT A STRING FROM THE LOCAL SHOP....ONE PRE-MADE OFF THE SHELF.. :( IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I WANT..(SORRY ROBERT, I WILL BE PUTTING IN AN ORDER SOON.) I TOOK IT CUZ IT WAS CHEAP AND IT WOULD GET ME ON THE RANGE THAT DAY. THE AMO SIZE DIDN'T MATTER ONE HOOT! IT GAVE ME A 7" BRACE....THE PEARSON ARCHIVE SITE RECOMMENDS 7.75 TO 8.5" BRACE...ONCE I GET THIS THING LICKED, I BET THIS BOW WILL QUITE RIGHT DOWN.

You can twist endless strings down a pretty good bit, too, and that should get you closer to or at your recommended brace height - at least temporarily. The off-the-shelf endless strings usually stretch like the dickens. But if it got you out to shoot for a few bucks it beats the heck out of not shooting. :)

Anything beats not shooting, but I haven't had very good results with most over the counter strings. I don't think much effort goes into them, and the serving material is always cheap!

I Will Try Twisting This String...but I Won't Be Using It For Long.....
Pb - I Have Planned All Along To Get A Mm String From You, But Right Now....the Dollar Exchange Is Killing Me! The Time Will Come.
