A year ago I had a problem in Peru and it took about a year for me to resolve it. Lillian gave me some advice after talking with her and she noticed the contemped I had in my heart towards the other person and said I need to ask him for forgiveness of the contempt I have. To get a release form the bondage I was under. I did so, and as soon as I did the burdon was lifted.

Now a month or so later I find myself giving the same advice to a cusin in Slidel I haven't see sence 86. She broke down and cried and said your right.

I can't help but to think the Holy Spirit has everything lined up, what the devil ment to tear down the Lord uses to build up. A burdon of unforgiveness can eat you alive I know , a year of unforgiveness and I didn't see it happening.

Neat story. When we make a decision not to forgive, we allow the poison to stay inside us, and the wound will not heal. You gotta get the poison out.

The life of King Saul reflects some of this. The bitterness and hatred for David ate him up from the inside. It destroyed his effectiveness. It ruined his fellowship. He died a miserable man.
