Sorry about missing last week, it was kinda hectic and I forgot all about it. Anyways, Here are 2 recipies that I absolutly love.
VENISON HAMBURGER STEAKS
AND GRAVY
2 lbs venison ground
hamburger
4 tblesp worcestershire
sauce
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
3 tblesp garlic powder
3 packs brown gravy mix
In large bowl combine venison ground hamburger,
worcestershire, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Mix very well with hands. Pat mixture into 6 to 8 round patties.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and brown patties well on both sides. Remove patties from skillet.
In same skillet prepare the 3 packs of brown gravy mix as directed on packages. Return the browned venison patties to the skillet in the gravy. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours on low. About every 20 mins spoon some of the gravy over top of the venison patties.
Two small cans of mushrooms may be added with the gravy if desired.
NOTE; For onion venison hamburger steaks, mix in with meat mixture 2 packs of dried onion soup mix, & omitting the salt in recipe. To the gravy add one med sized onion chopped fine.

QUICK SESAME LOAF
3 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tblesp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
Sesame seeds
Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl with fork. Mix eggs, milk & oil and add to flour mixture, stirring only till flour is moist and mixture is blended but not smooth.
Pour into greased loaf pan . Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in 375 F oven for 65 mins or till done. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
NOTE: Poppy Seeds are equally as good sprinkled on top in place of the sesame seeds.

And an extra one. This is a great cake for those guys and gals that are slightly cullinaryly challanged, and its Yummy too!!
PEACH DUMP CAKE
Dump into UNgreased oblong pan, in order given. Do NOT store or mix!
30 oz can sliced peaches, UNdrained
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter or 1 1/2 sticks, melted
1/2 cup pecans, opt.
Bake at 350 F for 45 mins
