A quick story: The woman of the house enters the master bedroom only to find all the bedroom furniture missing. When she accuses her husband of giving away her favorite things without her permission to their son, the husband responds, "I THOUGHT IT WAS ABOUT TIME FOR YOU TO HAVE SOME NEW FURNITURE". She melted and knew that she had someone who really wanted to please her. (I finished that message by saying that I would happily wash and massage the feet of a husband who cared that much for me) <><

Well said. When 2 people have a mutual goal and the one leads towards it with love and humility while the other walks by his side with dignity and respect, then you have something that looks like the biblical model.

It is of course never about dominance, power or subjugation.

Hello! Pleas forgive me if I am being pushey as I am new to the forum but I saw this one and I had to say somthing.Woman can be and are great leader's and teacher's.Women are a required part of a helthy family.As far as the word go's in my opinion Woman should not take the role of a speritual leader like a paster .Alot of people use the Woman must submit thing to critisize us but they never go into the requirements of the men of kids in the family.The instructions given cover mother father and kids.S rey this did not come together the way I wanted but it's erly here and I need to get ready to go but Look forward to reading more.

Women are Divine, they're presence is needed to make a man complete. My wife completes me, she is everything I am not. We don't always agree, but I'd be lost without her.

I am with you.Having been diagnosed with an incureable desease and under going a treatment wich made me verry sick I got to see just how much my wife and kids ment to me.I dont know that I could have done that alone and I was as I was not saved at the time.My wife was all I had to keep me sane and fighting.Woman are a blessing to there men.

First of all I feel for what your going through you'll be in my prayers. My wife works with the elderly. She tells me time and time again that no matter what happens to me in my life she'll be by my side and take care of me if she has too. That's a great comort to me because you never know what could happen. The best part is I know she means it. You are a blessed man to have a good woman. I know a guy who got cancer and as soon as he was diagnosed his wife left him and took the kids with her. He got to be with his kids a lot, but it wouldn't be the same. He had is Mother and Father by his side, but it was still tragic.

Do you think that even without a wife a man can be complete with only the lord in his life or vice versa with a woman?

We all can be compleat with out a woman or a woman with out a man.Paul sed as much as a matter of fact he sed that its better to be single so you can devote your self better to the Lord.But he also gave reasons for getting married I am going to have to hit my Bible and read so I can make My point But Jesus is what we need to be Whole not other people.Ill be back.
