After hours of gleaning the archives here, I jumped into my first warfbow.
I started with a Jennings forked Lightning riser and some Hoyt carbon limbs.
I fabricated new limb pockets similar to the ones that were on it, with these being able to snap IFL limbs right in without any modifying. I left them adjustable so I can experiment with limb pocket angles. I want to see first hand the effect of angle on limb performance and be able to play around with tiller and such.
Many thanks to all who have shared their knowlege and experience on this forum. I'm having lots of fun learning more about archery here. I have much to learn and hands on seems to work best for me.
I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel here, just trying to get a handle on all this information and put it to use. Any advice or suggestions are invited .
Sorry about the HUGE pictures, If anyone can help me "shrink them I would be more than happy to do so.
