I have an extra riser that has been warfed by me using slr's composit limbs pads string alignment is good etc riser is in good condition..

Is the lower limb pocket weighted?

no, but one could slide the limb pad out and weight it if you wanted too. I was gonna fill the limb pockets with silicone if I kept the riser figured it would silence things and take out any vibration as well.
