S&W mod.10 value

I have a chance to buy a S&W mod.10 4" barrel. The guy hasn't priced it, wants me to make him an offer. I hate pricing others items for sale:(
I was thinking $175 -$200. It's probably 95%, bluing is good, no rust, been shot sparingly, mid 60's model.
Any ideas of the value? I don't keep up with handgun values and lately it seems everyone is trying to retire off what they are asking for firearms.

Heathen, That would be cheap for the gun. SW logo stamped onthe sideplate? Good and tight 90% 300.00 bucks is a good deal. Hate to run up the price, but They have gone up. Model 10 the gold std. of good ole revolvers. Glock 9 mickey would be the ticket.
