I was given this bow over the weekend and have no idea what make or model it is. The bow had been painted black and it took some of the paint off trying to find a logo or something but came up with nothing. I did find a bullseye on the front of one limb that says pro staff.

If this bow can be warfed can anyone point me in the right direction of what all needs to be done and what limbs would work to get about 50# @ 28"?? Thanks

Adam

Whew, that is an early compound !! I have no idea who the maker was. The riser does not have enclosed limb pockets- that is not ideal. The riser shape/geometry looks OK (kinda long-over 21"?). Measure the limb pocket angles---between 140* to 150* is workable. I would hold out for a more "Warf" friendly riser. You will be breaking new ground if you convert this one, Research the old posts and Good Luck.

It kind of looks like a bear Whitetail hunter, which has a very long riser. If you search for "Bear whitetail hunter" you will find a post saying that it isn't a good choice for Warfing.
