How about some good old fashioned gerrymandering to go with your stimulus and "fairness" doctrine? I wonder what would've happened if Bush had tried a stunt like this......

When I heard "Rahm Emanuel" and "census" in the same sentence today I took notice. They are making an attempt to rig the next election. Consolidation of executive power.

I predict there will be some lawsuits fighting this move. First ACORN and now this... I get more uneasy about BHO almost every day and we are only into the third week!

Think ending term limits on the Presidency is down the road?

That's possibly in the Stimulus Package right now - nobody really seems to know what's in there.

It's already been suggested by a Congressman from...I think it was MI.

"Making stuff up to be upset about"...Actually you are wrong again Raisins. In both cases.

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=hj111-5

Your own logical fallacies are piling up around here.

"If you are interested in getting to the truth, then it may very well be good to post several sources/viewpoints. If you are interested in only convincing people you are right, then just state anything you want." So where's your link backing up your assertion that the original post or the post concerning attempts to repeal the 22nd are "Made up"?......"Logical fallacy"???

Making stuff up to be upset about.

Sonny boy, you pissed me off. You just called me a lier on a public forum. The Congressman (and I admit I don't remember what state he was from) was a news item for a full news cycle on the local news/talk station and it was a national story, not local. Nothing was made up or manufactured. You owe me a public apology.

Moderators, how much of this ******* do we have to put up with?

We don't need a moderator to show that Raisins does not know what he is talking about. The link proves his ignorance in the matter. In fact his ignorance is superseded only by his insolent behavior in most of his posts.

You have quite a record here Raisins.

I'm sorry if I upset you. You are right that someone did introduce that bill.

Bowc, you aren't usually very nice to the people you disagree with either. I think this a definite case of the pot calling the kettle black. The reason you can get away with this given how 'insolent' many of the more conservative folks are here toward the more liberal, is because you know that the other conservatives will see the worst in anything I've said and give you the benefit of the doubt because you are 'one of them'. If what you want here is an echo chamber, then by all means have one.

LMAO!Your post here Raisins again shows your lack of knowledge of my history at this site. Educate yourself by reading the archives before making such foolish remarks.

raisins the sad truth is one would not need to make anything up to make any political party in power look bad. They both do a fine job of it themselves. Saw an interesting meeting with the "voters" and the President today. Scared the heck out of me.
