There is not much center adjustment to be had with a Black Bear Warf. I've used several that are better suited to the BB. I've got the Gompy rest on one riser. I found it at K-1

The Spigarest ll is also good. At the Trad Talk store

I have a rest from Three Rivers, that is very thin, I have it on my second? WARF

I second the recommendation on the Spigarest II. It is my favorite stick-on rest. Simple, durable, and very small.

Here's another vote for the Spigarest. Sensitive, yet bomb proof and great for bows with clearance problems. I have them on almost all my bows, including Olympic recurves.
