.... do I need for a Wilson Bros. model 1225-W?
Previous owner said it is a 67" bow, but not sure if that is AMO or not.
Did this model only come in one length?

most bows are even numbers.. I have a 54" long bow (old shrew) and it should use a 50" string the string that is on there now is 52" and I call Ron LeClair and he told me to use the same size string. I also read somewhere that you minus 3" for the string so that would make 51" string. If I was you I would take a piece of string/rope and hold the one end at one nock (tip grove) and run it to the other nock grove. On the side that would face you as you shot the bow. then measure the length. Minus 4" AMO for the string. I think that is right, Others that know more then me well tell you better. Good Luck.

I don't recall the string length but the bow was marked as 69" I do remember I had to make two strings for that bow to get the best fit. Shot pretty well too, fast for it's weight and the dacron string, but it did have a bit of hand shock. Wild looking bows!

A lot of the old Sky bows from Earl Hoyt tended to have odd lengths as well because he only offered one size riser; 24" instead of 23" or 25", which created odd overall lengths of 65", 67" or 69".

I'm finding out that this 1225W is in fact, a 67" bow.
What the heck kind of sight was installed where those three holes are placed?
